Volkswagen Jetta III Spark Plugs

Q. I need help, It looks like I need to take off the intake manifold to change my spark plugs. Do you know where I can get a good picture of what bolts and assorted hoses/connections I'll need to remove in order to change the plugs? My car is a 1999 Volkswagen Jetta III, 2.0 liter 4 cylinder with automatic transmission and 45,000 miles.

Thanks in advance for your help!
Brett

Volkswagen Jetta III Spark Plugs

A. I never had to take an intake manifold off a Volkswagen Jetta to change the spark plugs. To replace the spark plugs on both (ABA and AEG) 2.0 liter only takes about 45 minutes. I think you need to look again. They are tough to get to, but the intake does not have to come off.
