Another Leaking Grand Cherokee

Q. Hi, I have an 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee and believe that I have a similar problem to this posted message A/C Drain Hose. One difference is that the leak is coming from the rear passenger vent. The water will exit with the A/C on and the car in motion. Is this a clogged evaporator drain? If not what is it?

I noticed that when I pulled back the carpet, the vent elbow was not snapped into place. Could this be the cause?

Thanks,

A. There is another one that may apply to this situation. It's Grand Cherokee Leaks. But if you have a drain hose that is disconnected, then i would say that is where the problem is.
