Total Quartz 9000 Q. Good day Mr. Ciulla, I have a query on a certain brand of motor oil which I'd appreciate your assistance on. Could you kindly advise me as to whether the motor oil type "TOTAL QUARTZ 9000" (SAE 15-50), is a fully synthetic oil or is it a semi -synthetic. Information on the oil can does not state this point clearly. Thank you, Best Regards, Maurice
