Windstar Blowing Hot Air

Q. I have a 1996 Ford Windstar. It has both front and rear A/C. The front A/C works fine. The back A/C is stuck on heater. No matter what setting we use on the back A/C control, the heater vents near the floor blows out hot air. Is there a simple fix for this?

Mike

A. The first thing to check is the fuse for the rear HVAC system. If the fuse is good, then the problem is probably in the A/C electronic door actuator motor.
