Cavalier Horn Won't Blow

Q. Help, help!!! I have a 1994 GM Chevrolet Cavalier Sedan. V-6. 3.1 liter. My horn stop working. I Powered the horn directly from battery and it works fine, so I checked the micro-switch at the steering wheel assembly. I know the switch is always powered and it works okay. I think the problem is the horn relay, but I don´t know where is it. I don't know if the circuit uses a fuse too. Where are located this components?

I'd appreciate your help.

A. First, the horn is not powered at the switch. The relay is where the power is for the horn. The switch on the steering wheel just supplies the ground for the circuit. You could have a bad ground in column, blown fuse in the dash fuse box, or a bad relay. The relay should be in the "convenience center". This should be under drivers side dash. A little relay with three terminals on it. If you hear it click when button is pushed the switch and relay are okay.
