Chevy Blazer S-10 Hard Restarts Q. I own a 2000 Chevy Blazer S-10 4x4 with the 4.3-liter engine. My problem is with a full tank of gas it will always start on the first try after that it takes two tries. Is there any connection or am I just imaging this. A repeat start after it has run awhile also works on the first try. Any longer than a 10-15 minute sit takes two. Any help would be appreciated.

A. What does it do when it won't start? Does it start, run rough and stall? Does it crank for a long time? Need some more information here. Could be a leaking pressure regulator for fuel, problem with idle speed, lots of things. Have you had a dealer look at it? Has anyone looked at it and been able to duplicate the problem?
