Lumina APV Window

Q. We have a 1993 Chevy Lumina APV van. The passenger side window was opened and now won't close. We tried several different things, engine running, engine not running, locking the doors, opening and closing drivers side window, nothing is moving. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,
M. Taylor

A. Okay, this is what you need to do to determine where the problem is. Sit in the car with the key on and the door open so the dome light is on. Press the passenger side power window switch and watch the dome light. If it dims, you have a bad motor. if it doesn't, then it's a bad switch or wiring. Do the same thing for the passenger side using the switch on the drivers side and passenger side.
