Chrysler Stereo And Amp Q. I bought a Chrysler stereo and amp. These units came out of a 2002 Dodge Stratus R/T less than week old. Made by Mitsubishi/Infinity (Dodge Stratus R/T Coupe is sister car to Mitsubishi Eclipse). I went to install them in my 1999 Dodge Concorde LXI, the stereo is a 4 disc changer with AM/FM tuner, but only the stereo plays but not the CD.

When I turn on the head lights the stereo' s front panel does not aluminate. My question is. Is there a special adapter to plug this 2002 stereo to a 1999 car? Do you happen to know any web sites that I can look up this stuff about chrysler audio wiring harnesses and stuff?. And were can I get more information like the wiring schematics.

A. I don't know if there is any kind of adapter or not. You can check Crutchfield.com. If anyone would know it's them. They even have an 800 number you can call for help.

Wiring diagrams are easy, just go to your local public library and they are in the reference section.
