Century PCV Valve

Q. Last June we purchased a used 1993 Buick Century Custom with a 3300 V-6 engine. Currently it has 71,600 miles on it. After changing the plugs and plug wires (it was riding really rough) we decided to give it its 3,500 mile oil change (using a synthetic blend) and then went looking for the PCV valve so we could clean it.

Couldn't find it anywhere! Auto Zone's computer has a part number for it with Deutsch (#206 or 209 I can't remember which one it was) and we went outside to look for it. They couldn't find it either. The glove-box manual is no help and I really do not want to invest in a decent repair manual for that information.

QUESTION #1 Does this car even have a PCV valve? If so, where is it located?

QUESTION #2 The generic manual that came with this car says that it requires chassis lubrication in the maintenance section. We can't find any zerts. Are there any? If so, where are they hiding?

Thank you,
Eleanor

A. 1. Yes, it should have a PCV valve. It should be on the intake manifold, passenger side rear. They hide this one. Look at the vacuum schematic/emissions label under the hood and it should point it out for you.

2. This year probably doesn't have any zerk fittings. If it did they would be on the lower ball joints and outer tie-rods for a total of four. Most newer front wheel drives have "lubed-for-life" joints.
