Blower Motor Stays On

Q. My 1993 Buick LeSabre's blower motor stays on after shutting off the vehicle. When the vehicle is running everything works properly. I suspect the blower motor power module. Where is it located, what does it look like and can I simply unplug it and plug in a new one?

Thanks,
Reggie

A. Power is fed to the high speed blower relay from fuse #3 (30 amp) and from there to the blower motor. Power is fed to the control panel through fuse #17 (25 amp) but shuts off when the key is off. So I would have to say that the high speed blower relay is the problem.
