Toyota Pickup Wheel Locked Up Q. I am repairing a 1986 2WD Toyota Pickup with a 22R engine in it. I was going to bleed the brakes so I started with the one farthest from the master cylinder. Then when I went and jacked up the front, I realized the front left tire wouldn't rotate and the rest would. Pads on front discs on back. Thank you for the time, Justin

A. If it is just the one wheel, I would suspect a bad brake caliper or mount, or a collapsed brake hose.
