Integra Hot Restart

Q. Hi Vince, I have a 1992 Acura Integra, manual transmission with 145,000 miles. At times the car will die while trying to start it. This usually happens when trying to start the car after refueling. Is this a fuel filter problem or something else? If it is the fuel filter, where this located?

Thank you...

A. I don't think it is the fuel filter. It's more likely ignition related. Specifically the ignition module or main relay. I wrote an article on Honda Main Relays (Acura is the same thing) that explains how they work and how to troubleshoot them.
