Flat Rate Manuals Q. Dear Vincent, Do you know of a reference online or inexpensive guide/manual/software I could purchase which lists the flat rate for automotive repair?

My husband's a mechanic and we are trying to determine if he's getting paid what he should for the jobs he completes.

A. I don't know about inexpensive, but Motor Manuals has a flat rate manual that you can buy and ALLDATA includes flat rate times in it's subscription service. I use the ALLDATA service because it not only has the flat rate times, but service and repair procedures as well.
