Nissan Back-up Light Switch

Q. Hi, I have a 1998 Nissan Frontier XE. 4 Cyl, 5 speed manual, 33k miles, fuel injected, ABS brakes on rear, P/S, A/C. The back up lights do not work. All fuses are fine. You had the same question for a 1992 Pathfinder and you said: "It is the back-up light switch on the transmission. No sweat replacing it, just unplug it, screw it out. Screw the new one in, plug it in and you're done. 10 minutes, ".

Same thing for me? If so, how do I get to this switch, is it under the truck... in the fuse panel... ?

Thanks,
GR

A. Gee, did I say that? Then it must be so. Yep, it's in the same place and the procedure for replacing it is the same.
