Oldsmobile Ciera No Start

If you try to drive it, it goes but if you have to step on it you aren't going to go any faster. But if I leave it set for about an hour its fine except for the starting and it's slower than usual any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Anthony

A. You need to see if it has fuel pressure to the fuel rail. Also check to see if the check engine light comes on with the key on. If not, this could mean a ECM problem or a blown fuse for the ECM. After that, you need a scanner to look at Coolant Temperature Sensor and Throttle Position Sensor among other sensors.
