Colt Timing Belt

Q. I have a 1993 Dodge Colt, 4 cylinder. Should you replace the timing Belt and if so at what mileage?

A. Chrysler recommends that the timing belt be replaced every 60,000 miles. You should keep in mind that this is what's called an interference engine. If the belt breaks, it will cause engine damage.
