Electra Turn Signals
Q. Question; We have a 1980 buick Electra and the turn signals don't work at all. I have replaced all the bulbs and flasher. Have any suggestion's? The car is all electric.

BenA. This is fairly simple to trouble shoot. Since none of the turn signal lights work, the problem is the turn signal switch or the wiring.
With the key ON, check for power at the dark blue wire of the flasher unit. If you don't have power there check the fuse (I assume you did make sure the fuse is good) and wiring between the fuse and the flasher.
If you have power there then check the purple wire at the turn signal switch. If you have power there, then the turn signal switch is bad. If you don't, check the wiring between the turn signal flasher and the turn signal switch.
