Chrysler Cruise Control In-Op

Q. I have a 1998 Chrysler Town & Country LXi mini-van with the 3.8 liter 6-cylinder engine. It is an automatic, with 62,000 miles all the features (ABS brakes, air bags, front and rear A/C, power and heated front seats, etc.)

The problem I am having is the cruise control stopped working about two weeks ago. There is a cruise On/Off button to turn it on and off, when you press this it used to turn the cruise light on on the dashboard. This no longer lights up and you cannot set the cruise. I have looked at all the fuses, but have not found one that is blown out. Is there anything else I can look at to possible fix this issue?

Thanks,
Ben

A. If the cruise light is not coming on, then the switches are not getting power. It could be a bad cruise control switch or a bad clock spring in the steering wheel. This is something you should let the dealer look at for you.
