Chevy Blazer Door Locks

Q. I'm writing, I'm tired of working with my dealer, I bought 2001 Chevy Blazer in March 2001, and I can not use my automatic door locks, and the hatch doesn't lock or unlock. I'm real tired of replacing fuels; the dealer had corrected this problem 2 times now. I don't have time to run back to the dealer, I do work so I can pay for my vehicle.

Thanks,
Liz

A. If they can not resolve the problem for you to your satisfaction, then it is time to get General Motors involved. You can call the GM Customer Service number found in your owners manual and file a complaint. They will forward it to the area representative and he will intercede. Also, if it is a recurring problem then you may be entitled to help from your states Lemon Laws. You will need to find out exactly what this law will do for you since they vary from state to state.

You can get information about the Lemon laws at: Lemon Check and looking up your state.
