Toyota Corolla Cabin Air Filter
Q. Hi, If I run the A/C for some time and then switch it off and keep the blower on it throws out a kind of moist air which makes the occupants uncomfortable. Does the car mentioned above have an A/C air filter or Cabin Air filter? If yes then how do I clean or replace it. None of the repair books seem to provide info on the A/C air filter.

- Automatic transmission
Thanks for the help.
Regards,
AnandA. That vehicle does not have a Cabin Air Filter.
In most cases it is normal to get moist air right after shutting the A/C off. Condensation collects on the evaporator core and drips to the bottom of the evaporator case and through a drain hose out the bottom of the car.
When you shut off the A/C and leave the blower on, the incoming air dries any condensation off the evaporator core and thus you feel moist air.
You might want to check the A/C drain to make sure it's clear, but I don't think there is much you can do to eliminate this. Even if it had a Cabin Air Filter, it would not help because this takes place after the filter.
