Chevy Impala Security Light Flashing Q. I have a 2001 Chevy Impala and the security light is on and when I start the car all lights start flashing. How do I reset the security light. Mike

A. There is no reset for this light. This light is on for a reason and should be looked at by a dealer to make sure there is not a major problem in the body control system or a possible software problem. It may just be a poor connection at the battery positive terminal.
