Lincoln Mark VII Turbo Diesel Q. I am looking for information on 1984 Lincoln Mark VII with a 2.4 liter Turbo Diesel engine. I would like to find out how many were produced in North America (Canada), as well as other facts about my car. Any suggestions? Ford Canada has been absolutely no help and I am at my wits' end. A. You sure do have a rare car there. I don't know how many were made, but it wasn't a lot. I can tell you one thing, it has a BMW turbo diesel in it.

As far as finding information, I would search for Lincoln Car Clubs using Google and I'm sure one of them will have, or know where to find out what you want to know. I would also try the public library. I know there were quite a few books written on Lincoln's so there's a good chance what you are looking for is already on the shelf or can be obtained through the library system.
