Ford Sucking Oil

Q. I own a 1990 Ford F-150 Pick up with an in-line 6-cylinder 300 cu. in engine. I am getting engine oil in the air filter through a hose that is connected from the valve cover to the air filter. (I think is some kind of breather hose).

Can you tell me what is causing this and what the fix is?

Thanks,
Fred

A. I just had another person write in with the same exact problem with his car. If you read Oil Fouled Air Cleaner you will see what the cause is and how to repair it.
