Subaru Legacy No Hot Restart
Q. I have a 1995 Subaru Legacy Wagon that runs fine most of the time. This summer it started acting up. After driving the car, let's say to the grocery store, when you come back out to leave it won't start. This has happened three times this summer to my wife.
I have found that it will restart after letting it sit for 15 minutes. It happens when the air temperature is hot. Is this "vapor lock"? Where should I start trouble shooting. I replaced the fuel filter about one year ago before all this started happening.

Thanks for your time.
BrianA. We need to know what is lost when it won't start. If there is no spark, then I would think it's an ignition module starting to go bad.
If it's a loss of fuel, then I would look at the main EFI relay as the cause.
