Jeep CJ-7 Needs A Vacuum

Q. I have a 1985 Jeep CJ-7 with a 258 6 cylinder 5 speed manual. The vehicle has well over 100,000 miles but the engine is a recon rebuild which has only idled for about 10 minutes. I have manual brakes, power steering and no A/C. The carb is the carter 2 barrel with the step up or down motor on the back.

The problem I'm having is the previous owner stripped and plugged all of the vacuum hoses including the EGR system and the vacuum advance. There are no signs of it ever having a smog pump but it is equipped with the air injection system through the cat and the manifold. I'm sure if I had an accurate hose routing diagram it would make things much simpler for me however the only one I could find is a copy of the sticker in the engine compartment... not much help. Do you have an easier to read diagram for this model?

A. Well let's see what I have in my bag of tricks... hmmm... half eaten apple... 43 cents in change... two ball bearings... Ah ha!!! Here we go, a vacuum diagram!!!
