Oldsmobile Cutlass O2 Sensor And EGR

Q. Hi Vincent, I am driving a 1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme 3.1 liter V-6 with 105,000 miles on it. It failed with the emission test and was told to replace the Oxygen sensor and EGR valve. Is there a chance to provide me with engine diagram so I will be able to locate the mentioned parts and replace them? And kindly it will be most of help to show me the way to replace those parts.

Thanks,
Baha

A. What are you going to do if those parts don't help it to pass emissions? There are service manuals somewhere on this site available for information. The 02 sensor is mounted on the rear exhaust pipe behind the engine. The EGR valve is mounted near the throttle body. Once you have the new parts, you will be able to find the old ones.
