Buick Park Avenue ABS Problems

Q. The anti-lock brakes are Teves Mark ll no boost. Is it in with hydraulic?? If there is any I do not know much about this I'm sorry! I hold in my hands the "Electronic Brake System" that is a "ATe controller" made in Germany. I bought the car used and there is no owners manual with it or service book and I'm not sure if Teves Mark ll is the ABS brake unit or no??

Buick Park Avenue ABS Problems

I had brakes but there was a leak so I just put brake fluid in until I found where it was leaking from; It was a rubber line! I replaced it. No brakes, "BRAKE" light stays on, ABS light stays on. Now the rubber line goes from left side of the reservoir to right side to the Accumulator and this unit has nitrogen gas.

A. Stop!! Take this to a dealer! That accumulator can have and does hold a lot of pressure and could kill you! A Buick dealer should have all the information that is needed to service this system.
