Mercedes Benz C220 Undercoat

Q. 1994 Mercedes Benz C220 80,000 kilometers. Driven in summer and winter in Canada, lots of snow in winter. Do I need to get an oil coating done for the under carriage/chassis to protect it from rusting because of the snow and salt? I just bought this car recently. Much appreciate your advice.

Thanks!
Regards,
Ram

Mercedes Benz C220 Undercoat

A. If it were my car, I would. It is the best protection against the salt and chemicals they toss on the roads in winter. Companies like Ming® and Ziebart® offer rust protection packages and warranties on rust perforation.
