Clutch Master On A Bimmer

Q. Can you tell me please where to check the fluid for the clutch on my 1984 BMW 325E ? The car set for a couple of days, and when I came back and tried to start the car, the clutch pedal goes all the way down to the floor. Thank you!

A. The clutch master cylinder is usually located very close to the brake master cylinder. They are similar in appearance as well. BMW places it to the left of the brake master, almost directly between the shock housing and the firewall, down low.
