Dodge Intrepid Firing Order
Q. I have a 1997 Dodge Intrepid with a 3.3 liter engine. I recently gapped the spark plugs at 0.050" and changed the plug wiring. Now the cars Check Engine Light is on and it hesitates and has a slight misfire with a little pop. I have looked for a diagram of the exact firing order which is 1-2-3-4-5-6 but I can't figure out which cylinder is which.
Or could it be something else that is changing the cars performance? If you guys could help that would be great.
A. Here you go!
When you do the spark plug wires, be sure you put them back EXACTLY the way they were originally routed. Chryslers are sensitive to this and it does make a difference.
