Ford F-250 V-10 Losing It's Power
Q. Hello I don't know how this works but I will give this a try. Well I have a 1999 Ford F-250 V-10 pick up. When I drive it up to about 60 to 70 mph, it will sort of loose power and won't gain it back until it drops to 50 and got back down when hits 60 mph. so I parked it until I know what's wrong with it. Hope that enough information. If not I will be looking forward to you response.
Thanks,
GsuperA. The first thing I would do is replace the fuel filter. I think that will fix the problem. You will need a special tool to disconnect the lines. You can get it at most auto parts stores.

The fuel filter is located on the inside frame rail under the drivers seat.
