Ford Escort LX; TX Or TF Q. I changed a transmission in a 1996 Ford Escort LX. The one I took out was a TX and the one I put in is a TF. Can this cause problems in shifting? If so, is there a remedy.

A. I don't see any problems, but wouldn't it have been better to ask me before changing them instead of after?
