Grand Prix Alternator Q. How do you put an alternator on a 1994 Pontiac Grand Prix?

A. Pretty easy. The alternator sits on top of the engine so all you need to do is remove the attaching bolts and disconnect the plug and remove one wire. To install, just reverse what you did to take it off.

Be sure you disconnect the battery before doing anything to prevent any possible damage to the electrical system.
