Fog Light Bulbs Q. Hello and thank you in advance for answering my question. I have a Ford Taurus SHO and it came with factory Fog lights and they use a 38Watt bulbs, I bought my self another pair of fog lights with 55W/H3 bulbs.

My question is if I can use the original wiring of the car or should I use the wiring that came with the new set of fog lights?

A. You'll be okay with the present wiring. A 12 watt difference is no big deal and the wiring in the car will carry the load with no problem at all.
