Chevy Corsica TCC Solenoid

Q. In the process of changing the TCC in my 1993 Chevy Corsica I ran into a problem. I can't remove the pipe expansion bolt from the transaxle support assembly. I've used and soaked the area with Knock Off and have used impact wrench and a breaker bar. Nothing. I'm starting to strip the inside of the hex nut. Any suggestions?

Thanks...

A. Not sure what you are talking about. You need to remove the bolts that holds the body side of the mount and get it out of your way. The bar I think you are talking about is the actual piece that slides into the mount bushing. It's welded to the bracket that is bolted to the transaxle and doesn't come off. Once the transaxle mount is out, unbolt the transaxle mount bracket and remove it. Then it's gravy.
