Dodge Dakota Speedometer Problem

Q. I have a problem with my 1999 Dodge Dakota which has a 5.2 liter engine and automatic transmission. My problem is the speedometer does not work under 25 MPH above that speed it is okay. Also at the same time this occurred the ABS and brake light came on. Some of the advice I was given was it was related to the speedometer sensor located at the transmission.

Well, I have replaced that and it did not fix the problem. Please Help!

Thank you,

A. Well, I have good news and bad news. The good news is this is a known problem and Chrysler does have a fix for it. The bad news is it is best to have it done by a dealer.
