Rewiring A Horse Trailer

Q. I rewired a horse trailer. The turn lights work and the brake lights work when the lights are NOT on. When the lights are on then when I push the brake in turns off one of the lights! Is there anything to do?

Thanks,
David

Rewiring A Horse Trailer

A. I wrote an article entitled How To Wire Your Car For Trailer Lights that should help you.

I would give you a wiring diagram for the vehicle you have, but I don't know what it is. Also I don't know what the wiring is for the trailer.
