Oldsmobile Delta 88 Has Surges Q. Question: I have a 1994 Oldsmobile Delta 88 that surges at any speed and stalls at stop signs. I've changed the spark plugs, wires, coils,oxygen sensor, EGR valve, fuel pump, fuel filter, changed the catalytic converter, cleaned the radiator and changed the thermostat. I don't know what else to look for. Any suggestions?

A. Is someone telling you these parts are bad or are you just throwing them in to try to fix it yourself? Sounds like you need to get it scanned for codes and see if anything drops out on a road test. Check the fuel pressure first.
