Ford Thunderbird Brake Booster Q. I have a 1964 Ford Thunderbird that is having a problem with the brakes; the pedal goes to the floor as soon as I start the car without even touching the pedal. Would the booster be causing this? I have a pretty hard pedal till then. I have bled the brakes and checked the wheel cylinders. I also replaced the master cylinder. Any advice you could send me would be appreciated. Thank you…

A. It sure sounds like a bad power brake booster to me.
