Chevy Corsica Won't Start Warm

Q. I have 1995 Chevy Corsica 3.1 liter V-6 engine. The problem I seem to be having is when the temperature of the engine reaches operating temperature the car won't restart. It has been check for everything ignition switch, ignition coils, fuel pressure, the heat sensor and the entire wiring system from the ignition switch to the PCM.

Chevy Corsica Won't Start Warm

Nothing can be found and there are no codes in the system. Even my dealer is stumped but a friend said he has the same car that it might be the ignition module and that if the sensor is not bad but not working right all the time it could be causing the problem.

I ask you once before and you said it might be my PCM but the dealer said no it was fine. So I am lost and no one seems to know. I don't even understand the ignition module it has something I know to do with the timing of a spark to ignite the fuel at the right time I think. Please help

May god bless you and yours.

A. The way I find these pesky intermittent problems is to replace something and drive it. This can be expensive to do. A dealer has the ability to have parts on hand that can be returned if the problem is not fixed. At least that's how it works for me.

Does the engine turn over or crank? Has fuel pressure been checked when the car won't start? Spark tested when problem is present? These are simple questions that need to be answered to get to the root of your problem.
