Chrysler Concorde Multiple Failures

Q. I have a 1994 Chrysler Concorde 3.3 liter automatic transmission, with 194,545 miles on it. My problem is that the power seats, power locks, cruise control, nor the cigarette lighter works. The Airbag warning light is on! The seats won't do a thing. They won't even make a noise. The power locks will make a clicking noise over in the left part of the car near the fuse box, but the doors will not lock.

Also the red light in the dash does not flash anymore when the doors are locked manually. The Cruise Control light in the dash will not come on when the button is pressed. Please help, any information is better than none, because the seats are so far back that no can get in the back seat!

And thanks again,
Matt

A. There was a TSB issued on this problem. You can try resetting the Body Control Module (BCM) by disconnecting the battery for about five minutes. Make sure you have your radio code before disconnecting the battery. And the car will run rough for about 10 to 20 miles while the computer re-learns your particular driving habits and style.

I would also check the fusible links, one of them may be burnt out. You will need to check them with a test light or meter since the may look good but are actually bad.

If resetting the BCM doesn't fix the problem, there is a new BCM with upgraded software that should fix the problem.
