Dodge Avenger Fuel Filter Location Q. Do you happen to know where I might be able to locate the fuel filter on my 1995 Dodge Avenger? I believe that this is what is wrong, my car has had trouble starting the last couple of days, and now it starts maybe 1 out of every 10 attempts,(usually after it has cooled down. Thanks in advance...

A. The fuel filter is located under the car, just in front of the fuel tank.
