Ford To Mazda Radio Transplant Q. Dear Sir, My son purchased a 1988 Ford Escort, which had to go to the auto grave yard. However he took out the radio which is in excellent playing condition. I have a 1989 Mazda 323 which he now drives and wants to replace radios from the Escort to the Mazda. Can it be done? And if so how can I get it connected for him is there a wiring harness I can find to do this?

A. Well, if he kept the plug for the Ford radio, then just hook it up accorcing to the wiring diagrams below.

I supplied the wiring diagrams, now it's up to you to get it to fit in the dash.
