Grand Cherokee CD Problem Q. I have a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I used one of those plug in vacuums in the power outlet and my radio hasn't worked since. Can you please help. I looked at the fuses and everything looks fine. I even disconnected the battery hoping to maybe get it to work but nothing. Can you please help? It is the Infinity Gold CD. Mark

A. There are fuses in the junction block that you need to check. Particularly fuse 2 and fuse 14. The junction block is located under the dash on the left side.

When you test the fuses, use a DVOM to test them. Some times they just look good.
