Ford Tempo Disc Brake Callipers Q. Hi Vince, Help! I have taken off the left from disc calliper on my 1992 Ford Tempo. I changed the disc pads okay. When it came to putting the slide bolts that the calliper runs on, I can't get the hole lined up so that the thread catches. Is there a trick?

A. No, there is no trick. If the pads are seated in the caliper correctly and are the correct ones for the car, the caliper will go right on.
