Where To Go? Q. My 1987 BMW 635 csi broke down coming across the desert this week. It is in Barstow, Ca. I'm told by a shop there that my head gasket is blown. Do you know of any repair shops within a 100 miles of this area I could have my car towed to. I live about 400 miles away from there and would like a quality mechanic to work on my car. Thanks for any help you can give me. Jesse

A. I'm sorry Jesse. I've never been to California and I do not know of any shops there that I could, from personal experience, recommend.
