CD Player Died
Q. Vincent: I have a 1992 Corvette Coupe with Bose Radio System. The CD Player doesn't get much play as I don't drive it much. Now it does not work it will accept the CD and in 8 second it will say ERR and eject. I can't tell if it is running.
My guess is that the motor isn't turning. Any Ideas short of taking the radio unit out of the dash?

A. There is nothing you can do except take it out and have it repaired. Since the unit is getting power and accepts the CD, then, electrically, it is fine. If it is a bad motor, it will have to be replaced.
