Replacing A Buick Regal Vehicle Speed Sensor

Q. Hi, 1991 Buick Regal 3.8 liter. I know where the Vehicle Speed sensor (VSS) is and can see one bolt. I had it on a hoist and see no way of getting it off. I see even less from below. I can't get my hand in there, or a wrench.

Can you tell me the procedure to take it off, wheel removal, drop motor etc.? Any help much appreciated.
