Olds No-Start

Q. I have a 1989 Olds Delta 88 Royale, 3.8 lt., FI, auto, w/ 154,000mi. It has ABS brakes, P/S, cruise, and A/C that hasn't work since I owned it. I was in reverse and the car died and wouldn't start again. I'm not getting any spark from the plugs/wires. I found that there was no coolant left in the radiator and figured the water pump to be bad. I replaced the water pump and crankshaft position sensor and still no luck. Any ideas what to try next. Are there any fuses, sensors, or relays that would shut my car down like that?

A. The most common cause of a no start condition like this is in that car is a bad ignition module. They can go bad in an instant. You can pop a new one in easy enough and I believe it will fix your problem.
