Troubleshooting wiring problems is never fun. Troubleshooting trailer wiring is the worst. Trailer wiring may be simple, but most of the time the troubleshooting is happening on the side of the road. great tool to have. the last round to 4flat adaptor i bought had one built in. but you also need to take 2 9vbatteries in series and two small alligator clips, to use during the trailer check. this way you don’t need the tow vehicle hooked up, and can check individual litghts or circuits. [DON'T forget the ground]
